Have you ever thought, “I can do so many big things… so why are the little things so hard?”
You may be the person who sees patterns everybody else misses. You may be able to solve a complicated problem, feel what is happening in a room, or carry a vision that is hard to put into words.
And then, at the end of the day, you might not be able to answer one more email. You may find the dishes, the laundry, the mail, or one more decision completely impossible.
That can bring a whole lot of judgment. We start telling ourselves, “I should be able to do it all.” But when you “should” on yourself, it can bring shame and more overwhelm. Time to choose a different lens.
Your nervous system may simply be asking you to pay attention to your energy, your environment, your patterns, and what you actually need in the moment. And it is not always more productivity or activity.
What this course is really about
This course is about getting to know your own nervous system—the way you recalibrate, the way overwhelm shows up, the things that steady you, and the places where your life is asking you to be somebody you are not.
I’ll walk with you through the things I have learned in my own life and in decades of working with gifted, sensitive, intuitive, and neurodivergent adults. You’ll have room to notice what fits, leave what doesn’t, and make this work your own.
There is no race here, no forced sharing, and no need to do this perfectly.
This is simply a place to slow down enough to hear yourself, learn some practical ways to support your nervous system, and become more curious about what helps you live well.
What you’ll take with you
The goal is not to have a life with no challenges, but to know yourself well enough to meet them in ways that work for you.
What we’ll work through together
Each module includes a video, questions for reflection, and a practical resource or invitation to use in your own life. You do not have to do it all in one sitting. In fact, I hope you don’t.
Learn your own neurodivergent patterns, including where you shine, where you get stuck, and what support may help you trust yourself more.
Learn to recognize your version of overwhelm before your system says, “That’s it. I’m done for the day.”
Explore safety, rest, regulation, and alignment—the daily foundations that help a sensitive nervous system settle.
Practice paying attention to your gut and inner knowing without turning every feeling into an emergency.
Look at where your life feels like you and where you may be working too hard to fit somebody else’s expectations.
Gather what you have learned into a personal guide for the way you want to live, work, rest, and move forward.
Bonus module
Extra tools for making your environment friendlier to your nervous system, creating boundaries, protecting quiet time, and honoring your natural rhythm.
When you join
This may be for you
You do not need a diagnosis to be here. If something in you says, “This sounds like me,” that is enough.
Let it land
I designed this course with integration in mind, because most of us have spent enough of our lives trying to keep up, get it right, and move faster than our nervous systems really want to go. You are welcome to watch a module, work with the worksheet, journal if that is helpful, take a walk, make a cup of tea, or simply give yourself a little space to notice what is happening inside of you.
You might move through the course in a week, a month, or a season, and there is no right answer. You may return to a lesson later and hear something completely different because you have changed, your circumstances have changed, or you are simply ready to receive the information in a new way. That is not going backward. That is how this kind of work tends to happen—it is circular, not linear.
Your guide
I have spent more than four decades working with gifted, sensitive, intuitive, and neurodivergent adults—people who often know they are different but have not always had good language, support, or room to be themselves.
I am an author, speaker, counselor, intuitive executive mentor, and host of the Someone Gets Me podcast. I have my own sensitive nervous system, too. I know what it is like to work hard, hit the wall, think there must be something wrong with you, and then slowly learn that your system was trying to tell you something important.
“There is nothing wrong with you. It is about understanding your alignment.”
I created this course so you can understand yourself with more kindness, build practical supports, and have more room to be the amazing person you are.

Questions, answered
No. This is an educational, reflective course. It is not therapy and does not replace mental-health care, medical care, crisis support, or individualized professional support.
No. If you identify as gifted, sensitive, neurodivergent, intuitive, empathic—or you simply recognize yourself in this material—you are welcome.
There is no right timeline. You can move through it quickly or take your time between modules. I do encourage you to let the material settle instead of rushing to finish, because people often get more from this kind of work when they give it time to integrate.
You receive immediate access to the Intro, six core modules, Bonus, Conclusion, reflection questions and activities, and companion resources.
You can begin with the Intro, take a breath, and choose one thing that feels manageable. The course is self-paced, so you can give yourself as much time as you need between the videos, reflection questions, and worksheets.
No. This is private, self-paced work. What you reflect on is yours.
An invitation from me to you
If you have spent years assuming that exhaustion is a character flaw, or that being overwhelmed means you simply need to try harder, I hope this course gives you another way to look at yourself. Your nervous system has been gathering information for you all along, and when you learn how to notice its patterns, you can begin making choices that support who you actually are instead of trying to force yourself into somebody else’s rhythm.
We will take this one step at a time, at your pace, with enough room for reflection, curiosity, and real life. My hope is that you will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, some practical things you can use right away, and more trust in the person you have been becoming all along.
